Hello Henry,
It is S2600CW2 motherboard,
RS3DC040 RAID controller,
In-WIN chassis 24 drives
Drives used: Hitachi UltraStar 7K6000 and Intel SSD DC S4500 and DC S4600
All firmwares and BIOS are the latest.
Servers worked 2 weeks 24/7 and did some Windows updates and did restart. After that both give such error.
regards,
Sergei
so I will save data in a file format called 'rosbags' librealsense/readme.md at master · IntelRealSense/librealsense · GitHub
then Should I use this code
or this?
The official power adapter with supplied country change plugs in the Up Store is 5v 4A. So it does sound like you might be cooking the Up Board with a 6A adapter. Coincidentally, I read someone saying yesterday about electrical maintenance on live wires, "It's not the volts that kills you, it's the amps"

Hi Tknet_its,
Thank you for the reply. I understand this is not a positive news for you for the meantime, can you share additional information for us to better check:
1) Understand you mentioned there was outage, how did you identified this is the issue about the driver?
2) Are you using Intel retail network adapter or OEM network card from Dell*?
3) Provide the exact issue encountered.

I believe you should use the upper instructions. It looks as though the lower one at src/media/record is the source code that the SDK uses to make recording work.
then after making recording work with the code below, shoud i use upper code?
Hi
Multiple people at our end were able to connect the cloud successfully without replicating your error.
Can you please help me with the detail steps that how you are trying to connect the cloud.
Thanks
You should not need to change the lower code at all. The only reason to change it is if you wanted to make your own version of the SDK 2.0 software that makes recording work differently to how it works now. You only need to use the upper code.
Hi Leonardo C,
Sorry for the late reply.
I've tried pressing ctrl+I during the post of the system but it did not work. The only key combinations that worked were f2 and alt+f10 (OS system restore which I've tried, but doesn't work as well).
To help you grasp a better picture of the situation, do note that:
I'm using,
Acer Predator Helios 300 ph315-51-510t
intel core i5-8300h
128gb ssd + 1tb hdd
issue:
Unable to use local disk D drive (somehow vanished from the system)
Cause (assumedly):
Intel Rapid Storage Technology (somehow converted my D disk as recovery disk for C disk-mirror)
The information, most relevant to your request, that I could gather are these screenshots. I hope it will help. Please guide me as I have a very limited knowledge when it comes to tech stuffs.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Hydanz
P/s: It would be much quicker if we could get in contact using a much more interactive medium, or maybe even application like remote-desktop or something. (just suggesting)
Hi,
I have a RAID 0,1 array on my PC. The Intel RST software recently stopped working following a Windows 10 update.
I checked the posts on this forum and have changed the startup type to "Automatic" as suggested, but this hasn't fixed it. I get a message saying "An unknown error occurred while running this application. If the problem persists, please restart your computer or try reinstalling the application" when I try to start the app. I presume the issue is that the driver needs to be updated?
My PC details are:
Alienware Aurora R4
CPU: 12 core i7 3930K @ 3.20 Ghz
Windows 10 64 bit
Disks: 4x ATA SATA 1 TB (model ST1000DM003-ER162 Revision 162)
Can you point me at a link for the correct new driver version to install please? Could you also confirm that the correct procedure is simply to uninstall the old driver and then load the new one?
Thanks in advance
And, you are still UNSUPPORTED.
Make sure you tell that to the Intel support staff when you have a problem.
And, there is no reason why you cannot run Hyper-V on Windows 10 Pro with a W8.1 vm, AND BE FULLY SUPPORTED!

I will refer the question to stream programming expert jb455 to see if JB can contribute any ideas about it, since stream profiles is a subject that is not covered by my knowledge.
Hi zolinak75,
Thank you for the reply.
Based on the information and the screenshots attached, we recommend you to contact your local support team for further assistance.

Hi,
Recently I saw a CVE-2018-3665 details. I couldn't understand the solution to fix it.
We have a windows 2008, R2 server running on Dell R710 with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5520 @ 2.27GHz processor. According to this CVE, looks like its affected. Please suggest on how can I fix it? Will the security updates will take care of that?
Hello,
I'm using the Realsense D415 for onboard processing of the pointclouds on the Intel Aero Drone.
I have the issue, that the pointclouds are too large and are received at a too low frequency (around 7Hz). Is there any possibility to get a non-colored pointcloud from the Realsense D415? Also it would be great if the pointcloud could be downsampled such that I get smaller pointclouds but at a higher frequency. I'm using the ROS wrapper and tried to change a couple of parameters in the launch file and over rqt_reconfigure. But I could not achieve the desired behavior.
Previously I have been using the Realsense R200. There the pointcloud was non-colored by default and published at a rate of around 28Hz. It would be nice to get similarly sized clouds from the D415.
I'd be glad about any suggestions. Thanks,
Tanja
Hi;
Recently, I've had a problem:
I hadn't opened up Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for a while now, but, a couple of days ago, I opened it up because I wanted to see a few things in it, and, while it was opening, my PC crashed and it displayed a Blue Screen (STOP error) with the following information on it:
Stop Code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
What went wrong: icodbios2.sys
I hadn't tweaked any setting on XTU nor overclocked my proccesor, in fact, I have an i7 7700, and it was running with Intel Turbo disabled (@3,60 GHz) and I know also it wasn't anything related to temperature.
I've tried to reinstall the program directly form the disk that came with the motherboard, but I got the same exact error.
As mentioned earlier, my CPU is a i7 7700 (not K). My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-H270M-DS3H, and my OS Windows 10.
I hope that you could help me solve this problem.
Thanks a lot for your answers, and have a nice day.
Miguel
I understand and you are right i am insupported. Unfortunately i am one of the few thousand of buyers who bought laptops with windows 10 with nvidia and intel cpu 7th generation which has the famous glitches and lags. Sicne my laptop is not usablr enough and slow for me especially when developing i prefer to use unofficial drivers in order to get a fast performance on windows 8.1 . i ve used the asus modified drivers of intel 630 (certified) as a reference in order to edit latest intel drivers to make them work so i will take my risk.
Hello JJR,
That is Great! I am glad we were able to help you! Thanks for your feedback it was a pleasure helping you.
