Same problem here with the DH77DF. The board works fine out of the box, but if I let it sleep, wake it up, and then restart, that's the end. After that the board fails to power up. The fans start to spin, but power shuts off after about 2 seconds. Repeats until power is removed. I've bench tested the board with only CPU, memory, and PSU. Different DIMMs and PSUs make no difference. Trying BIOS recovery got the board to start, but never got a display after that.
Sent the board back to the orinal distributor and bought a replacement from a different one. That board worked perfectly.
A few weeks later, I bought a third DH77DF from a third distributor. Same problem as the first board. The board that worked fine has a later serial number and batch number than the boards that failed, even though the third board was purchased later. Below are the serial and batch numbers of the boards. Maybe others can help determine which group of boards needs to be avoided/replaceed:
1. SN: BTDF228012ZS; BN: CNBT27D001 (Failed)
2. SN: BTDF235003SR; BN: CNBT28U00O (Worked)
3. SN: BTDF228015T9; BN: CNBT27E00D (Failed)
As you can see, the two that failed have SN starting with BTDF22801 and BN starting with CNBT27. The one that worked has a later SN and BN. Perhaps others can post the SN and BN of the boardsthat failed/worked. Thank you.
