Can you provide your dxdiag for me please? (Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> Save All Information) Just copy & paste it here, and I'll take a look at it.
Also, I need a copy of your Intel® Graphics and Media Control Panel™ report. (Open GMCP -> Options & Support -> Information Center -> (make sure System Information is the selected dropdown) -> Save as .txt file. Copy and paste that text here too for me.
