No, the SSD is new never used. I've never tried any other SSD, this is my first SSD I've used in my PC. The SSD is loaded with the latest firmware version (5.05). I checked the disk using Corsair utility and the S.M.A.R.T. attributes appear to be OK. I also plug all disk into the SATAII ports and the issue persist.
