Please note that the Intel® controllers that support at this point the OpenGL 4.0 and OpenCL 1.1 are the Intel® HD Graphics 4000 and the Intel® HD Graphics 2500.

I am afraid that 3^rd generation processors are the only ones that support this features due to the internal design. This is the reason the Intel® HD 3000 supports OpenGL 3.1 only.
