I apologize, for some reason we did not have access to the site where the dmp files were uploaded.
My suggestion was to uninstall/reinstall drivers or use a different version, in case you have not tried this already. If you tried some basic software troubleshooting already then it might be hardware related and in that case you may want to contact the computer manufacturer.
