The same thing has happened to me.
I downloaded the sp45590.exe
"TITLE: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
VERSION: 8.15.10.1883 Rev. B
DESCRIPTION:
Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family Graphics Driver"
from hp.com but the system does not let me to install it by giving the same error.
