Currently I recommend you to clear the CMOS by removing the CMOS battery and the power supply cables from the motherboard and leave like that for 30-60 minutes. After this try the BIOS recovery on a freshly formatted flash drive that only has the .bio file on it. The flash drive does not require to be bootable.
