It appears there is either an issue with your system and the driver, or the specific installation of the driver. I would recommend doing the following:
1. Uninstall the display driver (delete all associated files if/when prompted)
2. Restart computer
3. Re-install the latest Asus* driver (you can try doing this with our driver as well)
Something might have gone wrong during driver installation, or perhaps some existing files and/or older drivers caused a conflict with the installation. Let me know how it goes!
