By the way, I certainly agree that no one should have to do any of this to make a product form any company, especially Intel, work as it's expected. I'd still like to pursue returning this drive to Intel, but I cannot seem to discover on the Intel website where and how to do it.
Has anyone succeeded in contacting Intel in this regard? Please let us know how you did it.
