You mean has been investigated?!
The last answer from Intel was:
"It is a design limitation of the DH77EB mother board, not the chipset."
And the answer before:
"Unfortunately the problem you are facing with the refresh rate on the DH77EB will not be solved by a BIOS update or a workaround as it is a design limitation."
Seems like the Investigation is already finished and we have a Known-Error without an Workaround with this Board.
