I upgraded to .1089 but I couldn't notice any improvements.
I ran a performance assessment and I noticed at first that my desktop graphics index value had decreased from 3.1 to 2.9.
Then I tinkered a bit with the Intel graphics CP (GfxUI.exe), but the only thing I could tweak/modify in any way was the 3D preference slider under the 3D menu tab. The slider goes from "performance" to "quality" and has a middle, unnamed step. On "performance" mode, I got a marking of 2.9 whereas with the slider in either middle or "quality" position I got an amazing 3.0 (talkin' about desktop graphics, all the oher markings stayed the very same during all assessments, besides a dramatic bump in the "memory" marking when the 3D preference slider was on "quality").So globally, my windows experience index decreased from 3.1 to 3.0 with these new drivers, but again, I didn't notice any improvement or deterioration performance-wise.Sorry for the italic, but I couldn't turn it off!
