I recommend you reinstall the graphics driver from this link http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22375&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers
Please uninstall the driver first from Programs and Features in Control Panel, after that restart the computer and then install the driver.
If the issue continues you can try installing the graphics driver HP provides in their website. You can use this link http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html
