I have a raid 1 on an MSI X58 Platinum SLI motherboard - Intel RST on ICH10R - Win7 64 Pro
This ran almost flawlessly for 3 years with seagate 320gb drives,until a drive failed.
I upgraded to SSD - Intel 520 SSD 240gb - in December.
SSD Raid1 is unstable and has been since created. Currently using latest Intel RST drivers and software as of 1/26/2013 - v 11.7.0.1013
I've done all the troubleshooting I can, change ports, sata cables, power, drivers reinstall, different drivers version, and so on.
The drive failure follows the drive, but with so many different errors occurring I am not yet sure the drive is faulty. Errors which point to a specific drive always point to the same drive, sn CV231002JA240CGN

The raid works, but intermittently (daily or 3 times a day) rebuilds the array. Sometimes a "smart event" occurs. Sometimes a disk is left in "failed" state.
SSDToolbox shows no "smart events".
The failing disk is always the same disk unit.
Although I suspect some problem with this disk, I also get errors in the software/driver:
